Childrens's Programs
We welcome children of all ages to join us on Shabbat. We offer 3 child care programs in 3 separate rooms. Snacks are provided in each classroom. The age guidelines are suggestions only. Parents, after consultation with the sitters and the VP children’s programming, may place their children where they think most appropriate.
- For Tot Shabbat, available to children ages infant to pre K from 10-11:30, children are supervised by experienced teens, and parent volunteers lead a program from 10:45 – 11:30.
- Yeladim is designed for children from Kindergarten through 3 rd grade, and it features songs, games, tefillah and parsha study led by experienced high school students from 10- 11:30 a.m.
- Junior Congregation , or No’ar, is designed for children ages 8 until bnei mitzvah age. The program runs from 10:15-11:15, and includes tefillah, a d’var torah, and fun.
